Minimalism and Color. This spring, Hotel Savoy in Florence celebrates the artistic genius of Rothko—on display at Palazzo Strozzi from March 14—with the exclusive cocktail list “Maestro of Colours.” The new menu, created by Bar Manager Federico Galli, pays homage to the most celebrated paintings of the contemporary artist in the exceptional setting of Bar Artemisia, the intimate mixology space born from the vision of Maestro Salvatore Calabrese.

Four are the offerings to be captivated by, both visually—thanks to the pure colors that evoke Rothko’s artistic touch—and through the carefully selected, skillfully mixed ingredients. Nearly a year after its opening, Bar Artemisia at Hotel Savoy invites guests to celebrate masterful mixology and the contemporary art that Florence embraces with great enthusiasm.

Golden Silence (Inspired by Untitled yellow and blue 1954) | Venturo aperitivo, Altamura vodka, lemon, peach nectar.
